How long will my order take to arrive?

Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?

Yes. You will be notified when your order is dispatched via email and also text message if you have signed up for this service.

What is a working day?

In the UK, a working day is classed as a day that is not a public holiday or weekend. We use working days to estimate when your order will be dispatched, when you will receive a response to your enquiries and more.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

Can you sponsor me?

Of course! We love embracing people's pride and joy, we are more than happy to offer sponsorships to select members of the community however in order to ensure a diverse range of sponsors we have decided to make the program invitation-only.

Can I be an ambassador?

Of course! We open applications every few months, so please keep an eye on our social media channels for when these are open. More information can be found here

What should I do if my item is damaged when it arrives?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us straight away. You only have 3 calendar days from delivery of the item to report damage, otherwise we will not process a refund.

I can't find my car model! Will you be supplying anything soon?

If you find your model isn't listed on our site, we can always take a look at sourcing products for your car. You'll even get a discount for testing a new range of products we offer. Please contact us if you'd like to request a product.

Are all items on your website in stock?

We keep stock of our most popular items and have a live stock system which shows levels for each product and it’s different variants. Sometimes, products are made to order or delivered directly via our supplier, so we won’t always show stock levels for these products.
