When completing your order, you automatically agree to the below terms for shipping & delivery for all orders processed by Awesome Customs Limited, trading as Ultimate Customs.
All orders we fulfil are processed by our respective delivery partners:
- Royal Mail for UK & Worldwide (small items)
- This typically takes between 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched if you are in the UK and 3-10 working days for all other locations.
- DX (Delivered Exactly) for UK (medium items)
- This is our most common method of delivery. All orders are delivered next day once dispatched.
- DPD, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx for Worldwide Shipping (large items)
- This typically takes between 3-10 working days to arrive once dispatched depending on your location.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Not all items are held in stock, so please contact us before placing an order to check the stock level for your order.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 calendar days from delivery of the item, or we will not be able to process a refund. Items shipped to any country outside of Europe cannot be returned or refunded.
If you request a refund once your order has been dispatched, but not collected from our delivery partner, you will be charged a 10% admin fee for packing and re-call of the shipment from our delivery partner. When you purchase from our store, you automatically accept these terms.
